TREATMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF EXECUTION OF THE PROFESSIONAL MANDATE

The processing of customers' personal data takes place with manual or IT tools, in any case suitable to guarantee their security and confidentiality, as well as to avoid unauthorized access to personal data, for the following purposes: (i) purposes instrumental to the establishment,  management, execution and / or conclusion of the legal assistance and consultancy relationship in the litigation and / or pre-litigation phase, (ii) fulfillment of obligations deriving from national and / or community legislation or issued by authorities legitimated by law, (iii)  , disclosure (e.g. invitations to conferences, seminars, etc.) and / or publication of the operations followed by Legance (limited to the indication of the Client and the type of assistance provided), (iv), or which are contrary to values, protocols, internal regulations, laws or regulations, and in particular anti-corruption legislation (whistleblowing).

If the processing of customers' personal data by Dreams in an Armoire LLC is necessary, Dreams in an Armoire LLC collects the customer's consent for the processing of their personal data exclusively in the cases referred to in point (iii) and, even in such cases, only if the applicable Privacy Law does not  excludes the need for the consent itself (e.g. if there is a legitimate interest of Legance in the processing). If consent is necessary for the purposes of processing, customers have the right to withdraw it at any time.
